Kangoo is an effective cardio rebounding workout class using specially designed Kangoo Jumps rebound boots that absorb up to 80% of the impact on your joints and helps you burn up to 20% more calories.
Kangoo Power is a 30 min class.
Boots are available to rent for $5 for anyone who may not have their own.
Please bring long socks.

Metcon (metabolic conditioning) is a high intensity, full body interval style workout which is designed to train stamina, strength, endurance and conditioning.
These classes will be based on functional movements that include both gym equipment and bodyweight exercises.
