Payment are set to come out biweekly ( $25.00 plus tax)

IMPORTANT:
Access is for gym members only - Do not open the door or let anyone in the building who does not have an active gym membership. Everyone with a gym membership MUST scan in. IF the door is opened to someone or an individual allows a person to follow them in that is not a member they will be charge the value of a drop in.
* This membership does not include PT sessions.
Taxes are applied at purchase.
If you wish to cancel we do require a 30 day written notice.
